At Prescribe FIT, we’ve created two fun and flexible challenges to help you move more, feel stronger, and boost your overall well-being: Fall Into Fitness and Fall Into Wellness.

Both challenges are designed to be simple, accessible, and adaptable. With 31 tasks spread across October, you’ll have a daily source of inspiration to improve your health—without pressure. Each activity can be swapped around to fit your schedule and lifestyle.

Fall Into Fitness: Small Steps for Big Impact

Fall Into Fitness is all about getting your body moving in new and meaningful ways. Every day brings a different activity—ranging from strength and balance exercises to simple lifestyle tweaks like taking the stairs or walking with a friend.

Examples include:

  • Take a walk outside
  • Do 20 sit-to-stands or squats
  • Try a yoga class (in person or online)
  • Balance on each leg for 60 seconds
  • Complete a workout in the Prescribe FIT app

You can approach the challenge in two ways:

  • Calendar Style: Follow the suggested activity for each day of the month.
  • Checklist Style: Pick and choose tasks in any order that works for you.

Whichever style you choose, the goal is to stay consistent, track your progress, and celebrate your wins along the way.

Fall Into Wellness: A Whole-Person Approach

Wellness is more than just physical health—it’s about balance across your mind, body, and lifestyle. The Fall Into Wellness challenge brings a holistic approach, weaving in all 8 dimensions of wellness: physical, emotional, social, financial, environmental, intellectual, occupational, and spiritual.

Daily activities include:

  • Write down three things you’re grateful for
  • Connect with a friend or family member
  • Read 10 pages of a book
  • Do a random act of kindness
  • Plan your dinners for the week

Like Fall Into Fitness, you can follow along with the calendar or use the checklist for more flexibility. You can approach the challenge in two ways:
