Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa


  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1/2 small red onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush salmon with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  3. Grill salmon for 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  4. While salmon is cooking, make the avocado salsa. In a medium bowl, combine diced avocados, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Serve grilled salmon with avocado salsa on top.
