Ingredients
- lean ground turkey 2 lbs
- poultry seasoning 1 tsp
- fennel seeds 1 tsp
- onion powder 1/2 tsp
- fresh parsley (chopped) 1 tbsp
- crushed red pepper flakes (optional) 1/4 tsp
- salt 1/2 tsp
- black pepper 1/4 tsp
- maple syrup 1 tbsp
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Shape mixture into 28 (2-inch) patties
- In a large skillet over medium-low heat, cook patties 3-5 minutes per side, or until no longer pink in center. Serve immediately.
