Apple Spiced Overnight Oats

Try these Apple Spiced Overnight Oats for a delicious breakfast this autumn season.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup diced apples + extra for topping
  • ½ cup organic rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon + extra for garnish
  • ⅛ teaspoon cloves
  • ⅔ cup milk (any type)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (tsp. for less sugar)
  • Optional Ingredients
  • walnuts, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Dice the apples.
  2. Combine the oats, chia seeds, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, milk, and maple syrup in a bowl.
  3. Add the diced apples.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  5. Top with more diced apple, cinnamon, and walnuts, and serve.
