How to Complete Goals

Your Health Coach Care Coordinator will work with you to set Nutrition, Fitness, and Lifestyle goals to help you improve your health at home.

Here is how to track your progress towards your goals in the PACE app.

1) Scroll down on the Homepage to the bottom section to find your goals

2) Goals have three categories: Lifestyle, Fitness and Nutrition

3) To mark your goal as complete, tap on the goal

4) Enter the date that you completed your goal in the calendar

5) Tap “Submit” to mark the goal as complete
