Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa
Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp black pepper
 - 1 tsp paprika
 - 1 tsp onion powder
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 2 avocados, diced
 - 1/2 small red onion, diced
 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro leaves
 - 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
 
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
 - Brush salmon with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
 - Grill salmon for 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through.
 - While salmon is cooking, make the avocado salsa. In a medium bowl, combine diced avocados, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
 - Serve grilled salmon with avocado salsa on top.
