- 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1” thick wedges
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- On a large baking sheet, toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil. Lay the sweet potato wedges directly on the grill grates of the heated grill. Grill for 15 minutes. Flip each wedge and grill for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove the wedges from the grill, drizzle with honey and top with goat cheese.
