1) Keep your scale in a visible place
It’s easy to forget to weigh yourself each day when your scale is hidden away! Find a more visible place to keep your scale where you can easily step on it each day. This could be in the bathroom next to the sink or near the door of your bedroom. Make sure that your scale is placed on a flat, non-carpeted surface.
2) Incorporate weighing-in into your daily routine
Habits are more likely to stick when they are built into your existing routine. Find a habit that you already practice at a consistent time each day, ideally in the morning, to pair with your weigh-in. For example, you can step on the scale each morning after showering or brushing your teeth. Be sure to weigh yourself after going to the bathroom and before eating or drinking.
3) Turn on in-app notifications
On your smart device, you can allow notifications from the PACE mobile app to receive reminders to step on the scale. Tapping on the notification will take you directly to the weight reading screen where you can weigh-in and confirm your weight
