Ingredients:
- 3 large ripe avocados
 - 1/3 cup finely diced red onion
 - 1 small jalapeño, cored and finely diced
 - 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
 - juice of 1 lime
 - 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
 - pinch of black pepper
 
Instructions:
- Slice, pit, and scoop the avocados into a mixing bowl. Use a fork to mash the avocados to you preferred consistency.
 - Add the red onion, jalapeño, garlic, lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper to the mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
 - Give the guacamole a taste and adjust the amount of salt, cilantro, lime juice, etc. to your liking if needed.
 - Serve with tortilla chips!
