Sleeping Better After Exercise

Great sleeping habits are important as you change your lifestyle. Getting enough sleep can help your mood and improve your body’s immune system.

Working out is great for your body and mind. Getting at least 30 minutes of exercise daily will help promote a better night sleep. Some people feel exercising at night at least two hours before bedtime helps them sleep better.
