Pathways are educational articles that your Care Coordinator will assign to you regularly to help guide you along your wellness journey. In this article, we explain how to access Pathways and how to complete them.
1) Navigate to the “Home” tab
2) Scroll to the bottom of the page
3) If there is a Pathway to review, there will be an empty checkbox
4) Tap the name of the Pathway to open it
5) At the end of the Pathway, there will be a button to submit
6) When finished with the Pathway, tap “Submit”
7) You will be taken back to the Home tab and the Pathway will have a checkmark for completion
