Your Care Coordinator will work with you to set nutrition and fitness goals to help you achieve a healthier lifestyle. This article will explain how to track your progress towards your goals in the PACE app.
1) Navigate to the Home tab
2) Goals have three categories: Lifestyle, Fitness and Nutrition
3) To mark your goal as Complete, tap on the empty checkbox
4) Enter the date that you completed your goal in the calendar
5) Tap “Submit to mark the goal as Complete
