Self Awareness

Being aware of more of what is happening within your inner-self will help you as you continue towards a healthy lifestyle.  

Developing self-awareness will give you more control over your thoughts and behaviors and lead to more meaningful life experiences. There are 4 types of self-awareness:

  • Introspectors: They are clear on who they are but do not challenge themselves.
  • Seekers: They do not know yet who they are and end up stuck or frustrated.
  • Aware: They know who they are and what they want to accomplish and seek out others for opinions.
  • Pleasers: They can be focused on appearing a certain way instead of focusing on what matters to them.
